Portable Mixers


Hayward Gordon offers several models of Fixed and Clamp Mount Mixers. The easy to handle Clamp Mount portable mixers are available in 1/4 to 3 HP models, as direct driven (DC Series) or with a 5:1 gear reduction (GC Series). The Fixed Mount designs are also available in a variety of mounting arrangements for both open tank and sealed vessels. They are also available in direct drive (DX Series) or gear drive (GX Series) configurations.

Clamp Mount GC & DC Series


  
  • Heavy duty clamp provides reliable and easy positioning for use on open tanks or drums.
  • Cast aluminum alloy housing is one piece construction, lightweight and corrosion resistant.
  • Positive shaft attachment to drive by means of a precision quill.
  • Large capacity, double shielded, heavy duty ball bearings are lubricated for life.
  • impellers available include standard 1.5:1 pitch propellers, hydrofoils and high shear turbines.
  • Mixers with 316ss wet ends are delivered from stock, other materials and coatings are available for corrosive and/or abrasive service.
  • Electric or air driven motors available.

Fixed Mount GX & DX Series 

 
  • Fixed mount design options include standard baseplate, angle riser or flange mounted.
  • Shaft seals available include lip seal, stuffing box and single or double mechanical seals.
  • Positive shaft attachment to drive by means of a precision quill.
  • Large capacity, double shielded, heavy duty ball bearings are lubricated for life.
  • Impellers available include standard 1.5:1 pitch propellers, hydrofoils and high shear turbines.
  • Open tank mixers with 316ss wet ends are delivered from stock, other materials and coatings are available for corrosive and/or abrasive service.
  • Electric or air driven motors available.
